By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of services. These terms outline the nature of our services, the responsibilities of both parties and the legal agreements governing our professional relationship.
Services Provided:
Neutrals Law offers professional legal services and consultancy in Pakistan and remotely in the following domains:
- Contract drafting and agreement reviewing services in which we guide you on securing your interests and promoting your intentions behind the contract.
- Counseling and services in arbitration, including presentation at arbitration tribunals, drafting arbitration agreements, and enforcing awards in Pakistan.
- Intellectual property rights (IPR) consultancy and services in registering intellectual properties in relevant registration authorities.
- Registration of businesses, organizations, and societies for social welfare and annual compliance.
- Taxation consultancy, including compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in Pakistan and tax management of your business.
We also provide services and counseling remotely, ensuring confidentiality and responsibility in handling legal matters.
Client Responsibilities:
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services they request. Any false or misleading information may affect the outcome and quality of our services.
- Timely Communication: Clients must respond promptly to requests for information or documentation to ensure timely service delivery.
- Payment of Fees: Clients agree to pay all fees for services rendered as outlined in the fee or retainer agreement.
Confidentiality:
Neutral’s Law maintains the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any information without the client’s explicit consent except as required by Law. Our remote services adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to ensure the security of your information.
Professional Responsibility:
- Ethical Standards: Neutral’s Law adheres to the highest ethical standards in the legal profession. Moreover, we are committed to providing honest, transparent, and diligent services.
- Competence: Our attorneys possess qualifications and experience in their respective fields, ensuring competent and reliable legal guidance.
- Conflict of Interest: Furthermore, we will disclose any potential conflicts of interest and take appropriate steps to resolve them in the client’s best interest.
Limitation of Liability:
While we strive to provide the best possible legal services, Neutral’s Law shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We limit our liability to the fees paid for the services.
Termination of Services:
Clients may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Neutral’s Law also reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms or if there is a conflict of interest. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
Consultation:
We counsel in contract drafting, reviewing, arbitration, intellectual property, business registration with SECP and FBR, and tax affairs in Pakistan. We determine our consultancy and service charges through a retainer or fee agreement, depending on the service nature and the attorney’s role.
Fees and Payment:
We will communicate our service fees to you in writing before starting any work. Additionally, we may adjust fees with prior notice. You must make payments according to the agreed schedule. We also charge a consultation fee based on the nature of the matter. Furthermore, with prior approval, we will bill you for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred during service provision (e.g., filing fees, travel expenses).
Governing Law:
The laws of Pakistan will govern and interpret these terms of service. Additionally, the courts of Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
Amendments:
Neutral’s Law reserves the right to amend these terms of services at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
